Let’s Talk About the Cost of Talking

Investing in your mental health is one of the most powerful decisions you can make—right up there with getting eight hours of sleep and unfollowing your ex. Whether you’re paying out of pocket or using insurance, therapy is a gift to your future self (who will thank you later by having better boundaries and a calmer nervous system). And I’m here to help make it work for you.

Taking care of your mental health isn’t a luxury. It’s an investment in your future self. 🌱
